Cancellation Policy: Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We kindly request a 24-hour advance notice for any service cancellations to avoid charges. Failure to cancel within this notification period will confirm your appointment, and any changes or cancellations thereafter will incur a charge for each service.

Health Conditions: Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs that may impact your services.

Payment: We accept all major credit cards. Personal and travel checks are not accepted. Please mention any Gift Cards, Vouchers, or Certificates at the time of booking.

Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in our listed rates. A 15-20% gratuity is greatly appreciated.
